Here’s a super easy recipe idea for lunch… Hot Salad. All I do is throw whatever veggies and protein I have in the fridge leftover into my cast iron skillet and sauté it together. Then I top with my favorite clean seasoning and dressing and call it lunch! I don’t know about you, but having something hot for lunch just seems so much more satisfying and satiating. Essentially it’s just a salad that I’ve warmed up, I guess you could call it a stir-fry….
