Your perspective, mindset, willpower, and fortitude all play a major role during Whole30.  Think of me as your best friend, motivator, teacher, listening ear, and sometimes tough love giver.  This is the foundation for a successful Whole30.

Food Strategies

Essentially I will be your human google… Wondering if something is compliant, need a new recipes, meal planning help, grocery shopping list, budgeting tips, or help staying compliant while traveling? I’m just one text/email/ or phone call away.

Support System

One of the most stressful aspects of Whole30 is often times doing it solo and feeling isolated.  That’s where I come in!  I will teach you all my tips, tricks, and hacks while eating out and staying compliant!  I’ll teach you how to politely deal with any “Debbie Downers.”
